At Tylex Designs Ltd., we are committed to ensuring that your orders are packed with care and delivered safely throughout the European Union.
Order Processing Time
Due to the size and weight of our products—including garage flooring tiles and LED lighting systems—please allow 2 to 5 business days for order preparation and handling before dispatch. We carefully pack each order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union & North America. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of the EU at this time.
Delivery Time Estimates
After your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times vary by destination country but typically range between:
- 3-7 days business days for smaller orders
- 20-35 days for large orders
Please note: During peak periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays, shipping times may vary.
Shipping Methods
We use trusted regional and international logistics partners depending on your location and the size/weight of the shipment. Some large orders may be shipped via freight or pallet delivery.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If your order requires freight shipping, we may contact you directly to coordinate delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. Large or heavy orders may incur higher fees due to logistical handling.
Keep in mind, during delivery, refunds are not eligible until they have reached their final destination. The 14 days for return and refund start from the date of receiving the order.
